Installation of the ALB Hydrogen HHO system:
- Find a convenient place away from hot spots / below the parault or under the fenders;
- The generator must always be positioned below the water tank;
- The pipes that connect the generator to the tank should be as slightly bent as possible;
- The pipes must be tightened well so that they do not leak;
- Mix KOH 3% with a little water until it dissolves completely and put it in the tank, then fill the tank with water up to the ‘maximum’ mark;
- Connect the HHO gas outlet pipe from the tank to the filter inlet;
- Fill the filter with water up to the ‘maximum’ mark and close it;
- Connect the HHO gas outlet pipe of the filter to the non-return valve and then connect to the air pipe behind the air filter;
- Make the electrical connection according to the electrical circuit;
- Place the extender (on the oxygen sensor located at the front of the exhaust) for cars that are equipped (for those that have not had a mechanical fuel reduction).
- For cars with electronic power plant, after mounting the plant, the minus cable should be disconnected from the battery for 12 hours so that the power plant makes a ‘restart’ and better recognizes the injected HHO gas (otherwise it should be cut 3 / 4 thousand km to show the maximum result of fuel saving).
