Warranty Policy
‘ALB Hidrogjen HHO’ warrants to the original purchaser only that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase.
‘ALB Hidrogjen HHO’, warranty shall not apply:
- to any Product subjected to accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, acts of God, improper transport, improper storage, improper use or application, improper installation, improper testing or unauthorized repair;
- to cosmetic problems or defects that result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use, and do not affect the performance or use of the Product;
- the “tamper proof label” has been interfered with indicating unauthorized opening of the unit.
Warranty applies only to a Product that is manufactured by or for ‘ALB Hidrogjen HHO’. If the Product develops a covered defect within the warranty period, ‘ALB Hidrogjen HHO’, will, at its option, either repair or replace the Product without charge, provided that the Product is returned during the warranty period together with the original sales receipt (copy of the receipt is not acceptable) within the first 30 days of the purchase.
This warranty is void if the product is opened, altered or damaged.

Products and Price
By visiting www.albhidrogjenhho.com, you as a customer will be informed about the main features of the products. Any information about the product description, their features and prices will be displayed with detailed specifications on the website. However, Customers have the right to be acquainted with the manner of use or any other information that accompanies the products delivered or placed on the product or on its packaging, such as instructions for use and their composition.
The prices set for the products do not include the shipping costs that are the responsibility of the Customer who chooses to deliver the products to the address specified by him.
In case of written error regarding the prices of one or several products, ‘ALB Hidrogjen HHO’ will notify the Customer of the error. The client is free to choose to continue the transaction until the end or terminate it.
Product Delivery
In case of absence or delay, you will be notified by ‘ALB Hidrogjen HHO’ for the postponement of the delivery deadline. The customer is free to choose whether to accept or cancel the order.

Return of Products
Products can only be exchanged with the purchase invoice and ID card.
It is not possible to replace damaged and used products.
Products cannot be exchanged if the packaging is damaged.
It is not possible to return the money but to exchange the products with other products.
